In his address, PM Modi remarked that certain individuals, despite being repeatedly rejected by the public, have attempted to disrupt Parliament for their own political gains. He stated, "Those rejected by the people 80-90 times do not let discussions take place in Parliament." He further added that such tactics ultimately fail, as the people observe their behavior closely and deliver justice when the time comes.
