Comedian and actor Pete Davidson has revealed that he has spent approximately $200,000 to remove nearly all of his 200 tattoos, describing the process as "horrible." He began this extensive tattoo removal journey in 2020, motivated by his decision to achieve sobriety and pursue a "clean slate."

He emphasized that the removal process is significantly more painful than getting the tattoos in the first place.
Initially, Davidson's tattoos held personal significance, including tributes to past relationships and notable figures. However, upon achieving sobriety, he reassessed his appearance and decided to remove the majority of his tattoos, aiming for a more mature look and to facilitate his acting career by reducing the time required to cover them with makeup during filming. He plans to retain only two or three of his original tattoos.
Davidson's experience serves as a cautionary tale about the permanence of tattoos and the challenges associated with their removal. He advises individuals to carefully consider their decisions before getting inked, highlighting the significant time, financial cost, and physical discomfort involved in the removal proc
